Wrath didn’t allow PvE to PvP transfers.
Those transfers were available during Wrath pre-patch and ended when Wrath dropped.
Ahh, conflicting information. Now I’m uncertain.
Their messaging seems a little too open to interpretation. Would I need to be on a low-pop PvE realm for this to apply, for example?
Doubt it, it’s probably only for the free ones so you’d still have to pay.
Whether or not I have to pay is immaterial to me. What matters to me is whether or not it will be possible at all.

Well, half untrue. They did add pve - pvp server transfers. It was before the wrath pre-patch actually. But they didn’t take it away.
As far as Wrath Classic, yes they will allow pve to pvp transfers. It’s right in the latest blue post.
