I highly doubt Worgen and Goblin will be get more customization, seeing they just recently received their revamped models; which means the Core Races (Vanilla + Burning Crusade) are the only ones to get extra bits of character customization. I could be wrong, though.
that would be nice to be able to make a white furred worgen…
And hopefully the other customization option: unlinked human/worgen customization… Where I can choose some of the cooler looking worgen face/eye options but not have my human end up looking like a withered old hag.
That’d be my guess as well. I think they’ll continue leapfrogging each other.
Edit: I’m apparently wrong.
Improved Character Customization Options: A host of new appearance options for all races will be made available to players when they create new World of Warcraft characters (or alter existing ones at the in-game barber shop).
Hrm, now that I dig into it it looks like they did, at least according to Wowhead.

More colors of furs!
More color patterns as we see in taurens and pandarens!
Tails? It seems very difficult for something like this to be put into play, but I support this idea!
Couldn’t care less about tails, but my two worgen would like darker fur for sure. The darkest looking gray in character creation is not very dark out in the world, so a straight black fur would be nice. White for those who like it would be cool too.
As usual would like the facial features unlocked from the ears too, as well as the eyes.
I’ll always hope for the ability to super jump and fight without weapons too, although I know both are extremely unlikely.
Oh here I thought you meant that the majority of our wolf eyes are gray, despite most of the humans being even red and other, well, rather more interesting colors. That’s gotta be some kind of place-holder.
