Will We get Void Worgen/ Lightforged Undead?

That way we can show the light is not exclusive to alliance and alliance gets void worgen?

I dont think they should add more races for a while, we basically got 3 expansions worth of races

Horde need a life race. We already have death (Forsaken) so now we just need a race that represents life!

Alliance can have Light and Void.
Horde can have Life and Death.

Jokes aside, I really hope we don’t get Lightforged Undead Bleck!

With how it looks like how Lillian Voss is approaching Caelia…you may be getting your wish.

Please no Lightforged undead nonsense, not ever.

Why they are so cool and would prove horde are good too.
Why should Lightforged and bee mount be an alliance exclusive

No, we don’t need a mary-sue race concept to prove that the “Horde are good” and further destroy the identity of the undead. We should get an actual undead race with lore to it.

  1. San’layn.
  2. Undead Vry’kul.
  3. Skeleton models, playable.
  4. Zombified/Mummified trolls.
  5. Banshee, the ghosts.
  6. Even leper gnomes at least have lore and are a better idea.
  7. Even zombie goblins at least have lore and are a better idea.
  8. Intelligent abominations/ghouls/giests would be more interesting to play.
  9. Some form of Val’kyr, which at least have existing lore even if very rare, and are established undead.
  10. Nerubians.
  11. Lich. Yes, imagine playable lich, super cool, better than LFU nonsense.
  12. Undead gnolls or murlocs would STILL be better than this.

^All of the above are, in my opinion, options waaay better than this ridiculous concept people are clinging onto. Something that I personally hate.

Pretty sure your hippy Tauren are your life side.

Edit: you also have your sunwell touched blood elves.

Why would you hate Lightforged undead, you could make a marge Simpson character…
If you care about lore it makes sense too as why would forsaken follow a leader who could be what is not a playable race?

At this point I’m not even going to bother responding to you after this. You just seem to be trolling.

I’ve shared my opinion, and if you disagree, that’s perfectly fine. You’re entitled to your opinion, as am I. To me, lightforged undead are the dumbest concept that I’ve heard in Warcraft lore, and there’s a lot of really stupid things in warcraft lore lately, especially BfA. This would, to me, be the final straw.

I am a troll for supporting blizzard and an awesome race?

More like we got 1 expansion’s new feature spread across the patches. Added customization options for races. Just with bonus new racials.

What would a Void Worgen even entail? They’re connected to Elune if anything, and worgen aren’t really connected to the void (do they even priest or warlock?), you could say “void race x” and it wouldn’t make any less sense, so there’s that. Void Elves got away with it once, and they make the coolest shadow priests, I think it would be lazy to make another “void” race just to do a reskin.

I’d say light-infused (let’s not rehash what the draenei have specifically going on) undead (truly an interesting, though perhaps counterintuitive concept) have a much better chance of being something we’ll actually see. There’s clear precedence in that they’ve always been able to be holy priests (as odd as that may seem). I’d like to see a reskin, perhaps with better and more, well, pleasant faces (the jawless ones would be a bit much, for instance) and I’d even roll one if it came chinese style, ie without bones.

Don’t get me wrong, I think a variant Worgen could be cool, but it’s going to have half the same racials (the cosmetic ones anyway like running wild and two forms, maybe also the sprint, it would be weird to take that away too) and they don’t have any obvious direction to be led apart, Gilneans being hyper-patriotic and all. On a very slim precedence there were worgen in the old world that cast shadow-bolts, I guess.

I can’t say no to new races, not even Vulpera, Sonic’s little buddy come to WoW with one less tail; more variety is entirely why I play MMOs. I only grind the ones I want, but I’m still glad they’re there. It would almost be worth it to play a Kul-Tiran and never leave bonekin form, for instance, though the base model is just . . . so not my aesthetic. Beautiful druid forms though, perhaps the best in that they’re a radical departure from all others. Worgen should really get a War Wolf (or even just claw and bite animations) for Cat, a Dire Wolf for Bear, a slightly smaller normal wolf for travel, the raven can stay, and then everything would be right in the world.

WAIT what is void worgen XD

Nah, here’s the most likely allied races judging by 8.3 content:

Alliance:
Sethrak
Jinyu/Ankoan
Furbolg

Horde:
Mogu
San’layn
Light Undead

Light undead are seemingly not going to happen, Calia is a one-off thing or so it seems.

Not saying I disagree because Lightforged Undead sounds horrible, but there’s technically already a precedent for having an entire Allied Race based on a single character thanks to Alleria.

In the official lore, night elves can be impacted by the Worgen Curse, so the racial allies to Worgen should be night elf worgen.

We already got Void Elves and Lightforged Draenei. We dont need anymore void/light themed races, else blizzard is going to give alliance Void Gnomes and horde Light Elves (not high elves cause they dont exist apparently…) just to spit on the alliance again

Dear god if that happens I quit the game.

Except there’s nothing separating them from GIlnean worgen? A worgen is a worgen, regardless of the host’s race.

There’s also the issue that they’d be nothing but druids.
