Bro classic has no depth. You press 1 button. Classic players canât do mythic retail raiding. Stop ur clowning. You would cry over a simple mythic+ dungeon. Check the classic logs of naxx speed. Not vanilla. They apparently are split for some reason. Wcl should merge the logs tbh. Idky they didnt
You need at least 25 keybind to be a mid tier pvp player, and that is pretty low.

He made the claim that classic players are as good as retail mythic pros man. You atleast bring up valid arguments that currently era speed runners are beating og classic players on avg. I would argue it because of the 7 years of farming bis and having a full bis meta roster that was unobtainable and if the og good players came back they would beat it. I have a naxx speed run at 47 min when I was in easy company I am not as good as retail pros. I even got deaths demise title on classic wotlk sulfuras NA. Pro retail playera are miles above any classic speed run guild. For some of these classic Andyâs to think classic wow is extremely hard or a super in depth game is funny. Era is a cool chill place to farm consumes and do a speed run once a week.
I quit wow when I was a little kid and played dota most my gaming life.
But yeah I couldnât go pro anymore I choose different career path.
Yet I can still hold my own decently enough that I can tap immortal in dota and somewhat keep up with really good wow players sometimes.

The point I am making to you is that even retail pros arenât touching the limits of vanilla, there is a ton of room to grow the game.
They are def better than me, but in the grand scheme of gaming, wow never reached its peaks - pros in dota and leagues and some shooters just had more competition and chances to push way higher skill level.

Wow community basically just made it miserable for new players and retail is so bad only the players who played in OG versions stayed and nobody new came. So competition just slowly dwindled
Uh yeah. No one argued ur last part. In arguing classic players do not touch the retail pros in skill level. U claimed that current era players arenât just on the same level but better. Which is objectively false. No era raider is world first mythic. No era players is a world champ arena player.
They are better at speed raiding because theyâve had more time to practice it.
Unless someone unlocks a new strategy (which there are i am sure) a lot of optimization is just from practice and perfecting the tiniest little things.
It is like playing an instrument - Retail players are amazing at the guitar but it doesnât mean they can come and will master the piano in one week.
Of course retail and Era is still very similar games so my analogy is not accurate but at some point, the skill difference does fall into those perfections and it is somewhat like playing an instrument
The average skill of humans is evenly distributed and arguing against that I will posit would likely put retail in a worse position for your argument.
Era and retail arenât similar at all. No era speed run guild would be world first in a retail mythic race.
Again⌠Who cares? Iâm not playing Era to compete with anyone. Itâs a video game ffs. Competitive raiding is kind of a silly concept to begin with. Go watch StarCraft if you want to see some good competition.
I agree my point was this is what era is about. If u want competitive raiding u go to retail.

There are indeed people who do like it. Even on the pvp side you would go to retail because the competition is so much better in retail arenas.
Sure, but competitive-pve is like soft competition.
PVP is where you will find the best gamers. And Retail pvp is so ugly and not fun looking and just like youâd have to pay me so much to even install the game.
Thereâs no saving it - whereas Era pvp is amazing already.
