because they couldn’t do it without it being a total mess. it would clip weapons, legs etc. they can’t even get cloaks to work right, and you want a long coat?
It would clip with weapons like 90% of the things in the game clip? Like I said it wouldn’t be there in worgen form, like how Genn’s disappears, but in Human form we could have a long coat. Which Genn has and his doesn’t clip or anything, it seems fine.
I want some knee length tunics instead of evening gowns for my mages like Khadgar.
This is exactly what I want! Give me a gunslinger rogue spec and a long coat to go with it!

Stormtroopers are not allowed to hit heroes. It’s in their contract.

Well, red shirts exist in a fictional universe devoid of storm troopers.
They completely ripped off the Gilneans with the Kultirans and I am not just talking about the long coats. The entirety of Drustvar was so Gilneas. Dark, creepy, gothic witch vibes? Come on, that was 100% the Gilnean’s thing and Blizzard was like nah, let’s give it to Kul Tirans.
TBF Kul’tiras was supposed to be formed by Gilneans in lore, it’s like England and Australia. But yeah they gave a lot of Gilneas flavor to a race that was destined to be unpopular.

Yep, that’s what makes it worse, they even acknowledge it, Blizzard just doesn’t care. So many cool themes that were Gilnean just given to the KulTirans because reasons. Long coats, the creepy, gothic witch theme, the wicker stuff! The Gilneans were a huge part of the Wickerman ritual for Hallow’s End and Blizzard just decides nah we are taking that too and giving the wicker stuff to the Kul Tirans.
This expansion really made me feel like Blizzard regrets adding Gilneans/Worgen as a race, between the stolen themes and the heritage quest/armor…

I would say the Worgen Heritage armor is a long jacket, as is the BfA leather set, it just doesn’t have the 3D assets of the worgen armor.
