Honestly curious because technically zalandi is a more accurate description of the troll language

Well in vanilla they could speak troll, on retail they speak Zalandi
Just consider for a moment this is Classic WoW and not Modern WoW… Both are technically “Retail” because you pay to play them.
Regardless of me derailing my own point, they will be speaking “troll” then I presume because that’s how it was in Vanilla.
Technically it would be the Dark Spear variant.
Zandali is the language is called lorewise, and I’m pretty sure it’s been that way for a while. I can’t find anything indicating that it ever wasn’t called Zandali, so the Darkspear variant is still Zandali.
Though for the purposes of Classic, it’s likely that it will be called Troll, as it was back then.

Classic wow wasn’t accurate, necessarily. It was what it was.
