Will this CPU and GPU be good?

I am building a pc. I was wondering if a i3-10100 CPU paired with a 1660 ti will be able to handle ultra settings above 60 FPS?

With the 30 series in the process of launching, I wouldn’t put any money on a 1660 Ti right now. Its equivalent newer generation GPU is most likely right on the cusp of shipping, following the 3070 on the 29th of October.

I got a price of $220 for the 1660 ti and the cheapest 3070 starts at $499?
