Will "The Old Gods and the Ordering of Azeroth (Annotated)" Ever Be in the Vault?

I have been farming the Vault since the Meta achievement came out, and I have not seen this book.

I am running alts through, checking with the treasure sight ability, and all of that.

Blizz, can you just make this available every vault? Especially since this is old content!!!

I’ve been checking every week since Taivan was added as a mount and all I’ve seen EVERY WEEK is Opera and Living Book.

Same. All I have left for the meta achievement is this one book. Finished everything else about a month and a half ago. I’ve checked every weekly reset, and the last two weeks I’ve been checking daily just on the off chance it can spawn midweek. I even leveled up one of my alts that I haven’t played since BFA just to double my chances. Still nothing…
