Class campaign as well?
Hello, I don’t think so because it’s not Legion anymore, but I suspect they will get mounts with them in mind. (Or maybe they will be their own mounts! The night is young!)
I’m pretty sure they won’t have a class campaign. They will, however, start at level 58 so there won’t be any confused players in legion leveling with no breadcrumb quests to follow.
What Rita said. Kind of a shame that any new classes won’t get a cool order hall story for their class but…it is what it is.
I really doubt it. They don’t have a classhall, which is needed to unlock it anyway.
That being said, I wonder what it would look like were they to get one?
I still think class halls was an awesome concept wish that stayed relevant.
They might though. Order Halls are a key part of Legions content and you can go back and do those old quests for fun or something. I’m sure Blizzard can make something work with Chromie time.
Plus they would only have to make 1 new artifact and they don’t have to worry about any mage tower skins. They are probably going to make a new mage tower Tmog set for them anyway.
I’ll bet you 5 million in-game gold that that never happens.
Nope.
Different servers. Can’t trade gold because of that. so why bother with the bet? We could but that would involve server transfers and what not. Which costs RL money.
Because it demonstrates my point that I am supremely confident that it will never happen. Thought that was obvious.
More like an empty demonstration tbf. Since right or wrong neither of us would actually pay up.
You must be fun at parties.
I don’t think they will and I’m very curious how legion leveling will work for evokers.
They cant level in legion they start at level 58 on the dragon isles in their own starting campaign
Quests still exist. And they might want to get loremaster on that character. A lot of quests require an artifact weapon 8n legion. What I see happening is Kalecgos recognizes bronze dragon shenanigans and gives out a generic artifact weapon that way the issue is future proofed for any additional classes added.
No, legion is done and over. Nothing new to legion will be added.
Probably a dragon.
Isn’t loremaster bind on account?
How is this even a question? No. Legion is almost 6 years old and was created with the previous 12 classes in mind. They didn’t go back and give DKs tier sets for vanilla raids, obviously they’re not going to give any post-Legion classes their own Order Halls or anything associated with them (artifacts, armor sets, 7.0 campaigns, Legionfall campaigns, etc.) because that would be just a waste of resources and manpower that would be better spent on relevant content.
That wouldn’t even make sense. The Order Hall campaigns took place in a specific timeframe and were about us coming together to drive back the Legion. Dracthyr are just now returning to the world, so there was no order of evokers around during that time to join the fight. It’s a bit more complex than pandaren being able to quest in Outland and Northrend both before and after they used time travel to justify it.
This isn’t necessarily about drakthyyr but any future class that is added. I agree completely they won’t do an order hall. That would be asinine. However, they’d either have to recode a lot of quests particularly in Suramar or create a generic artifact to facilitate questing or say drakthyr and any future classes are ineligible for the achievements. Not the same as tier sets. It’s the same as saying a demon hunter can’t do MoP questing because they weren’t around.
Questing has always been weird when it comes to going back and doing old content.
It is, and doing it on an alt may be what Blizzard ultimately decides. Loremaster is just an example of one of the reasons people might go back and mess with old content. Perhaps a player doesn’t have a hunter or shaman and wants some of the quest items for transmog.
Transmog that comes from quests has to be unlocked by a character that can equip the item.
Ultimately WoW is a large game and there is no telling what a player might try to do, and this was a concern back during the Legion Beta about future classes.
