They will most likely bring it back either on the cash shop or the Trading Post or probably both. Just have to give it time. Ash’adar just ended up on the cash shop. That was the first free reward we got last year.

Yes, Trading Post items should return in the future. I missed the Warrior three piece class “set” at the end of last year and would like to pick it up when it rotates back in.
