It’s a possibility that due to the dramatic changes to the leveling system, everyone’s rested XP – even on character that were not 120 before pre-patch – will be reset when prepatch hits. It would be nice if blue could confirm whether or not it will reset to zero.
If history is any indication, max level characters will have their rested bonus reset when the expansion goes live (when the level is increased). I don’t expect the level squish will have any bearing.
If we don’t get a reply I will for science make sure to lvl a character to 119 and have him ready until prepatch
I have several characters below the BFA level cap, so what I’m worried about is those characters will ALSO have their rested XP reset as a part of the level squish.
How the heck do you pronounce your name?
Unlikely, you’ll need to log in and out on every previously max level alt once XP is reactivated for them to reactivate rested XP for them
it’s high demonic, it’s pronounced “kuh huh guk” there’s more nuance to it than that but for english speakers that works.
Hey, did you ever test this?
