Worgen got theres a little before the heritage armor so maybe pandas will get one around the time they announce theirs They are the oldest player model in the game since worgen and goblins got updated.

I hope so. I think it would be a shame to introduce their new heritage armor and put it on these old models

They are equivalent. Pandaren were the standard the other new models were brought up to.
