I would like to know from either a blue post or someone that does stats. Does Will of the Breaker work? I do not see it reflect in my stats when it is proc’d. I am not seeing the reflection in damage either. Am I missing something is it not supposed to reflect because every other spell reflects in your stats when it procs. I am curious and wonder if this can be investigated. Thanks
