Will my trust level ever increase?

I’ve been muted/silenced multiple times for profanity, will my trust level ever go higher or is it always going to be stuck on 1?

As I understand it, you can regain trust levels if you lose them administratively (eg. getting reported) but you have to start from scratch.

I lost TL3 at the end of October.

I just got it back within the last 24 hours.

It’s possible.

I’m curious about this as well. There was a forum thread where me and a few others had been spam reported, and after that, I noticed I couldn’t post links anymore. Made me wonder when I’d have it back.

Ok that makes sense. Also, i have posts that have profanity from a long time ago that haven’t been reported yet. If they are reported now will my trust level go down?

I’ve kind of assumed I lost my level 3 from not reading enough forum posts. (You have to have something like 20k in the last 100 days, and it’s a rolling total.)

If I lost it from someone reporting me, how would I know? Does Blizz tell you?

velfs report anything against them as spam so i think ive already joined that club.

dont worry about it, wear any ban mute or silence as a badge of honor.

back in the day when we are not all farting dust and taking care of our children it was often times a race to see who could get a ban in a game the fastest.

i hold the record in AION i think. 6 times…
oh and the asian f2p games those were a bit tricky sometimes but if you tried hard enough you could get a ban in about 40 seconds.

The usage of the word ‘snowflake’ makes me think there is a far bigger story than you’re letting on.

I saw in another post that you lose your trust level if one of your posts are taken down or something like that.

No, it was a panda and a zombie…undead guy. We had a discussion on twinks, and well, not being intelligent enough to share ideas, and intolerant, I got flagged as “trolling”. Kinda like in reality if someone doesn’t agree, or has no argument, you’re “racist” or “sexist”.

Unless Blizz takes posts down without telling you, I can’t see this as being what happened to me. My only vanished posts (that I know of) were ones made in threads that eventually got deleted.

Then it was probably from not looking at enough posts in a certain amount of days. Im pretty sure they’ve only told us how to get to trust level 3 not how to maintain it.
