Will MOP classic save pvp?

Mists of Pandaria was the best PvP expansion of all time. Duh. Hunters and mages were Gods and I love it when the game is chaotic.

No, it will only at best split the community further and leave an even smaller player base that protisapates in pvp.

As much as I love mop and will be playing it…

It isnt retail. It is just classic. ITs already a split playerbase and we will never get what original mop was again.

Too many people on too many games, pvp is what matters here, people will do pvp for fun on mop servers, but nothing transfers here, so it doesnt matter.

personally still haven’t touched anything classic, don’t plan to

but I imagine a decent amount of ppl will come back for it and then play some retail while they’re subbed, only amounting to a small influx of players who will be leaving shortly after launch

I prefer Wod and sitting in my garry. Absolutely peak wow for me , no sarcasm either

I didn’t mind that part of it. Everything else about that expansion is horrible. Was that the last expansion to have Strand of the Ancients battleground? Or was it Mists of Pandaria… I can’t remember. Some weird part of me misses that one.

Doubt itll do any more tha tbc or wotlk did. Cata is less active than even wotlk was from what i can tell. Mop will reinvigorate but i doubt itll avoid the issues of solved meta / fotm / seasonal nonsense. Its a playerbase issue not an expansion issue. Players want the path of least resistance. You saw zero aff locks all of wotlk until icc. You saw zero frost mages cata until dragonwrath. Etc. Genuinely doubt the diverse meta will repeat itself.

Also pve gear was worn most of Mop. Late balance patches made most of it not worth but ToTT trinkets and SoO trinkets were still commonly used even after nerfs. I thibk rsham used the pve tank legendary meta gem too

Wod had strand

True. Yeah I remember now. I wish they’d bring it back and make it an optional thing.
