Genuine question here. So i know people have already asked how the level squish will affect old raids and old content. Hazelnuttygames already made a video proving it was possible and quite easy to solo most old raids as a level 50 character with far far below max item level gear to solo raids from vanilla through wod with hell fire citadel. But i ask this question because 1. normally with how level scaling has been working, old raids dont get legacy loot rules for a bit and also don’t become soloable due to their difficulty for a while. and 2. the jaina fight on mythic has some mechanics making it impossible to do by yourself assuming your character wouldnt die to her damage and could put out enough to kill her, specifically the freeze mechanic requiring you to be around multiple allies. So just wondering, can anyone on the shadow lands alpha/beta or a developer answer/find out how soloable legion and bfa content will be in shadowlands, but also more specifically if the mechanics of the jaina fight on mythic will be changed or will be doable solo, for all of us unlucky to not get the mount prior to the launch of shadowlands.
I’ll be surprised if she’s soloable in Shadowlands. Usually mythic bosses from the prior expansion aren’t easily soloable.
Just pug a group in shadowlands, skip to her directly for mount GG. 2minute kill. And by the final patch of SL maybe, but as of now…example, Kil’jaedan, he cannot be solo’d due to mechanics.
in shadowlands the mount will no longer drop for 2 members of the raid each kill. it will go to a 1% drop chance, the nzoth mount will too
Yes I know but she will be a 2min farm anyway so nothing lost here, no whole raid to run to kill her due to mythic skip.
