Will I be able to play WoW Classic on my integrated graphics? Will I have any problems in the game? I know the original WoW could run on potatoes, but I’ve never really used integrated graphics in a game before.
So far I know my integrated graphics will run LoL & TFT fine. I had no issues. I’ve read CS Go will run but I haven’t done a test run yet.
For reasons, I probably won’t have a graphic card until August or September.

Try the free retail client and see how your computer does. It you can run fine on lower settings there, you should be fine on lower settings with Classic.

IMO more than fine. Your integrates graphics card is leagues better than what vanilla used to run on.

I don’t know much about graphics cards, but I know that the computer I used to do Legion on is no longer able to do BfA. When downloading the Classic client, it said my graphics card does not meet minimum specs. So it looks like you will need graphics to do at least BfA to run Classic.
if your not running classic on a crt with lowest graphics with 10fps, 2 button mouse, and Lenovo keyboard that came with your computer are you really playing classic to it’s fullest?

Should be fine, so long as you’re not running high resolution.
You have GOT to be trying to play on something OLD then. What is your CPU and/or GPU as well as memory?
This, or it could also be saying that simply because the software is searching for a GPU but doesn’t find one at all.
Not having a GPU though will not prevent you from downloading the game.
It’s definitely old, but as I said it played through Legion. I bought BfA and downloaded the patch, but it wouldn’t install because of graphics. When I resubbed for Classic, I only downloaded the Classic client on that computer and it did the same.
It’s an old 2012 Macbook Pro. The very definition of a non-gaming computer.
Buy a cheap Graphics card and it will still run fine. Though i dont know why you went all in on that level without a graphics card.
But why though?
Edit:
I have a hard time believing this is a real thread considering the costs of the items on the OP list.

I see a lot of people on these forums saying there upgrading their PC’s for Classic WoW and It always gives me a chuckle…
It’s Classic WoW! The polygon count is much lower on those old models and its using the old terrain and textures. Now it is using a new client so you’ll need at least dx11 (up from dx8 in the old client) or you will get the “World of Warcraft was unable to start up 3D acceleration” error.
As long as you have anything with dx11 dedicated or onboard you should be good. Onboard graphics are still much better then anything 15 years ago…
The only thing you might struggle with is turning up modern settings like water and shadows to max and using SSAO and setting the view distance all the way up to 10, those settings are much higher then the original Classic WoW had, if you just want it to look like it was back in the day then change the preset to 3 and you’ll probably get over 60fps most of the time. (except in raids)
This isn’t the same as old wow. It runs easier than BFA, but not like vanilla.
Can’t believe a computer of those specs doesn’t have a gpu.
Not sure on your question tho, OP.
I would definitely upgrade your gpu. Just depend on how much money you’re willing to spend.
I would also wait on AMD AIB’s to come out.
Edit fail.
Original WoW (and even retail) was always heavily processor dependent. Even with a sub-par GPU you could play pretty well if you had a fast enough processor. Of course, we’re talking about a game with 15 year old specs…your smartphone could run it at 200fps.

Shouldn’t of wasted so much on useless overkill parts and got your GPU.

I dont think gpu matter. I ran crap with a 980 ti. Then i found out wow runs on one core and maxes it out. I cleaned my heatsink and it ran like butter. So i wouldn’t worry to much. Might just need some work arounds if the gpu software isnt supported. They let you run classic graphics so gpu should not matter if you processor is good. I make sure it is clean because wow will push it no matter what.
Runs on 4 cores with the modern client.
At least it did me and a bunch of other people. YMMV.
Retail runs on one core for me. Did i miss something
Buying high end overclocked/overclocking items is just wasting your money/time.

One of the newer patches.
It was only one core awhile ago.
It ran better. Still hate the game tho.
