Having fast queues is, aside from lore preference (irrelevant for most players), basically the only reason to play ally.
Can the horde on this board indicate whether they would considering rolling ally for TBC, based on their experience in current Classic?
No, I will roll Tauren Shaman because a like the race and not racials.
TBC will be carried on from Classic, and thus doomed, or ‘fresh’ and populated entirely by Draenai and Belfs (Also doomed).

Some horde on this forum actually believe they should get all the massive advantages of being on the majority faction without the few minor disadvantages that come with it. You can’t reason with these people.
If they go patch by patch it wont be as bad, but if they do 2.4.3 post 2.3 fearward change it’s going to be way way worse in TBC.
I play both Horde and Alliance characters; I’ll play both Horde and Alliance characters in BC. More Horde characters than I do now, both because I like blood elves a lot more than draenei, and because it’ll be easier to find dungeon groups on the Horde side.
I don’t play on a PvP realm, so I suspect your question has the unstated premise that I don’t count anyway.
Expecting the population balance to shift toward Alliance between original-Classic and Burning Crusade is an extreme level of ahistorical.
First of all you are lvl13 so have never had to experience any population issues. Secondly you are complaining about a version that isn’t released yet instead of enjoying the classic version right in front of you while you can.
I can’t imagine how sad it must be to have your mindset, you must not be able to appreciate anything in life.
Enjoy complaining about wrath when TBC comes out, rather than making the most of TBC.

Unless you’re a shaman player or only care about duels there is 0 incentive to roll horde in classic
That is not true in TBC
If you think racials are imbalanced in Classic, just wait until TBC. Every single TBC private server to ever be released has had 100% Horde population. Every single class is better with the Horde racial in PvE and PvP, there’s literally 0 reason to play Alliance in TBC.
When are you guys going to understand that the majority of Horde players are there because they like the Horde.

TBC Classic will have even more Horde because of Blood Elves. The entire point of Blizzard adding Blood Elves was because they were upset that more people played Alliance at the time. They had to make up lore to make Blood Elves into a Horde race to boost Horde population.
Repeating history, the retail you hate is a product of all this crying.
TBC ‘classic’ arena will be dominated by BE warriors and druids.
As much as I loved TBC, I don’t have high hopes for it. I can only imagine how much worse the BE population will be the 2nd time around.

We ahve the best WSG teams, our clear times truck horde at the top end, and we would odminate AV even in a world where horde could premade.
There is nothing but duels horde are better at when it comes to PvP, and nothing relevant in PvE
Just like in most expansions the factions aren’t balanced. It’s even more true when you dont’ have access to the same classes
And in vanilla… ALliance > horde by many miles
