I qualified for Duelist, Rival, and Challenger on my characters in season 9 on Horde. I plan on faction changing in the next few days. Will this affect me getting my respective pvp titles?
if you haven’t been given the title yet i wouldn’t transfer anywhere, its likely you will get missed

This used to be the case long ago but eventually they started to just take a snapshot of peoples standings.
I have seen people during wotlk do faction changes and end up fine but if it’s something you really are worried about then just wait.
Yea but I still wouldn’t risk it just to be on the safe side. If I were op here I would wait for titles to appear on my toons, THEN exfer over/faction change or whatever. This was a rule they had in place years ago when we still had battlegroups and some places were much more easy to get titles in than on others but now with no battlegroups there is zero reason to still have the title xfer restriction but I wouldn’t risk it just in case. Now worth the risk to lose everything.
Best bet is to wait till wednesday or until you get your title
