Will druid form appearance be account wide?

I played enough in Legion to unlock some druid forms. I think when Shadowlands comes out I might re-roll a new druid on a new server with some friends. Will my new druid be able to transmog the druid forms I unlocked on my old druid?

Yes, it will be account wide, but will be only available to the druids.

The artifacts, yes. Not the other glyphs, I don’t think (which they should be).

But yes, the artifact forms are cross account.
