Oh they’ll make sure it happens. There’s people who have been hating on the game for over a decade without quitting. It’s how they cry for attention.
Blizzard: Challenge accepted.
nice acronym. but from my testing impressions. DF actually means “Defiantly Fun”
jury is still out on the end game stuff but the base design is actually solid imo.
Down to F…lag carry
I haven’t read anything that absurd and ignorant in weeks. I guess this is why you don’t hit the copium too hard, so you don’t publicly OD like this.
Blizzard better be on point with content. That’s all I’m going to say regarding the OP lol
BFA came before SL, that’s two dumpster fires in a row.
I bet 1 gold on Dragon Flight, I’m holding you to the 500k…
It’s Dragonlands. Or DragonNutz.
One of the two.

I fully expect the same delayed, empty patch schedule as Shadowlands.

I doubt this, they did say there would be smaller (but more frequent) patch releases…
This is good for one simple reason: no matter how much content they put out players will always play it to oblivion faster than it takes to develop/release a patch.

Lmao fair enough. If that ends up being the case, WoW is DONE FOR no cap.
I just have no faith. The whole point of limited systems in DF was to give ample time to work on other things, like the class trees.
Now they’ve cut the design on a lot of those short, and some of the trees are in very meh situations.
The last few expansions have reeked of “why do more when we could do less and charge more”.
So far I like a lot of things:
Dragonriding: Its the first expansion you get any type of flying right off the bat. Its ok when you first get it but gets to be a great deal more fun the more talents you can put into it (kind of like the legion fishing pole.) Hopefully this carries into the expansion after DF.
An extra bag slot: Not sure about anyone else but this is pretty big, I’m always running out of room.
Talents: I love the huge variety in builds that I can do, focusing on aoe, single target, cleave or a balance of each, as well as utility or survivability etc. This was really really needed as the old talent system was stale. I hope they can balance the different paths to within 5% of each other and it continues into the next expansion so that one starts off more balanced as they don’t have to start with borrowed power systems from scratch again.
Artwork: The artwork is amazing as always as is the music. One of the few complaints I have is some of the textures look unfinished by wow standards, but its common enough that I think its a new style they are going for.
Professions: I haven’t played with the system to much but from what I’ve done it looks fun and will hopefully cut down on the number of bots.
Dungeons: All of the ones I’ve tried are great, although the one that utilizes dragonriding is prone to a lot of crashes at the moment. There is a healthy mix of massively wide open dungeons as well as ones that are tighter. I would prefer that trash had higher health as at the moment it dies way to fast. I also wouldn’t mind if they cut down on the amount of CC the trash does. Although it seems to be tanks are not balanced and can pull way more than intended so ranged characters are perma CC’ed.
Quests: Same as always. Enemies die to fast for my liking (I’d prefer killing few enemies that actually pose a threat, particularly early in the expansion) and there are a few to many collection and or escortish type quests for my liking but over all its not bad. There are a couple of great NPC’s though and some of the story line is well written.
UI: There are some pretty big UI changes and most of them are great.
In regards to what I like to do in the game, I think it will be just fine, just like SL and BFA and everything else has been just fine. As with all things, just my opinion, which only matters to me.
I’m honestly hoping DF does well, and isn’t another bad expansion. I don’t wanna go through another round of something like Shadowlands or BFA. And I would take BFA over Shadowlands any day of the week.
The reality is I like what I’m seeing from DF but there are things which concern me such as the priest changes, among some other things.
