Do the buffs include giving you cyclone and bear form? if so, then you might be viable.
Dude, I just saw that helm mog and bought it, I should have known that an equally excellent mog wearer would have done the same.

its always been viable
The fact that you need to get 10 stacks and then root yourself in place and fears, coils, polys, clones can stop it, makes it a worthless ability.
Can blizz make warriors immune to cc for the duration of the cast?
probably, but warriors won’t be happy until they can delete you in 1-3 gcds through defensives + they get mop 2nd wind + they are immune to roots and/or frost mage removed from code + they have 2x charge of instant shattering throw without needing talent
