To fully backpedal on the unspeakably dumb & destructive arc they had her go through in BFA-SL would be a first step towards making amends for sacrificing a fan favorite character for the sake of the worst storyline in the history of this game so let’s hope they do just that yes

Sylvanas is the most redeemable character in all of warcraft, she has been both hero and villain, has faced her acts and is atoning for her crimes, she is not expecting to be forgiven and she always worked for a better tomorrow for the whole universe( even though her methods were terrible and she was made a fool more than once for this, she did tried to free us from the cruel yoke of existence within a prison made by the first ones. She may be wrong about many things but even as shattered version of herself she wanted to save everyone)
And even if we talk about her outside of the setting, sylvanas was done dirt by s select few within blizzard, from the get go, she does deserve a second change as a character, she has fans,haters, potential and a nice niche as a link between life and death.
So giving a change for Forsaken and blood elves ◇ fem hunters cof cof ◇ players to have sylvanas back would be great!
See why only alliance players are allowed to have happy endings? Hope to see a happy ending for sylvanas too.

Re the Purge of Dalaran, I wonder if they’ll address some of the contradictions in the story as it appears in-game. Like why Jaina orders the Sunreavers’ mounts to be killed if she just wants them to leave.
She can have her happy ending by being given to Pelagos after she has cleared the Maw and then being given to the Venthyr. Then she and Nathanos can go to one of the infinite afterlife preferably so that we never hear from them again.

You do realize Pelagos only judges the dead right? And Sylvanas isn’t that.

I might’ve missed something. Did Sylvanas’ soul being made whole bring her back to life? I mean, she still looks pretty dead. She just got an eye color change.

Fwiw undead are functionally alive (they just have a rather unconventional way of being alive). Undead don’t go to the Shadowlands and so aren’t to be judged by the Arbiter. That’ll happen when they die their True Death.

I expect a lot of jagged edges to be hacksawed off.
While my personal opinion of Sylvanas is “extremely jaded disdain”, she’s obviously a face and a useful one, so I don’t think she’s in the pit doing dailies forever. If nothing else, Patty Mason is fun. So if I was betting, I would bet the Jailor’s influence will be turned up even more to emphasize BlueVanas is a sweet angel of a new precious character who had nothing to do with that mean ol’ Sylvanas we all know. I expect to enjoy it about as much as gargling ground glass, but whatever.
I also expect between 8-12 completely baffling unnecessary retcons and at least one raid completion given to obviously the wrong faction.

Sylvanas is has already died, thrice.
Maybe she will be there, maybe she wont. What I know is I am sure you were absolutely livid as the Alliance got a good chunk of screentime during the Gilneas reclamation.
And unlike your claim that I only care about the humans, I was glad every Alliance race was there.
