Well it was confirmed that they are no longer working on 9.2+ content and that may be scrapped in order to finish all these changes.
I hope someone reads this, rolls on your server, gets on a Big Love Rocket, finds you and flies it in front of your face daily until they change the name.
You’re LARPing in a fantasy world of your own making.
When you actually get into the really real world and have to work, you’re going to be offended by literally everything you see and hear. So much so, that you will realize your efforts were for naught and you never gained anything but the distain that you showed others. There’s an old saying, We Reap What We Sow.

It is diminished. A “Big Love Rocket” you can ride was an obvious euphemism. It was great, and that’s why a lot of us wanted it. Now it’s boring and I no longer want it. If I already owned it, I would be livid right now. As it stands, I’m disgusted by the change, but not personally impacted by it.

Yeah you act like you have no horse in the race arguing in the middle of the night on an unimportant out dated aspect to the game. You sure got me. I will say it it again you are so disingenuous that it is disgusting.
You do know that when it comes to legal liability of a case that is already going on saying, “oh we already took care of that,” is not gonna make a fine go away nor lessen it if it were deemed to be found to be a problem in the first place.
It’s fine though. The game will bleed even more overtime just like the comic book industry or netflix/streaming platforms as a whole until they figure out this doesn’t make them money.
They will either relent, produce different content, or fail. Out of those two we both have a horse in the race because we play the game.

I am just glad they are scrapping work on content past 9.1.5 and focusing on fixing alot of this finally. Alleviating peoples suffering is a good thing.
Once all the rich kids and streamers leave, this game will be better for it.
These kids pay for tokens buy everything including carries and achieves and gear, then complain that the game is too hard and want everything nerfed, and now they’re offended by a mount so-much-so that we have to THREATEN a company daily for YEARS in order to get their way.
I agree with you Mute, it’s definitely disingenuous and even more so disgusting.
It will all work itself out in the end.

Doesn’t bother me in the slightest. What does bother me is seeing people on the forums QQ over a name change that doesn’t affect the mount at all and claiming it to be for any other reason than wanting the sexual innuendo.

However, having a bunch of ‘Dead Horses’ running around would make much more sense than having a bunch of Invincibles running around.

It does affect the mount. The humor is being removed because people are intimidated or scared of a Big Love Rocket.
Your the one making it a sexual innuendo now not me or many others…most of us that seen the name of the Love Rocket the first time laughed about it and it never enter our minds again really…and the name matters to me and many others that have it…I don’t have it but I’ll keep trying for it to add to my mount collection…its part of the History of the game that is why it matters to me…

Right Chonky most of us in game that seen the name of this mount the first time laughed about it and thought it was cool and neat mount and different then the 100+ horse mounts in game …get my drift there…some folks like that above person just have to make a big deal over nothing…

It really is something over nothing and they don’t have a good reason for it. Not a single one could say what was offensive about it when asked.
Some are obviously offended and say they aren’t.
These people aren’t being honest with themselves.
They think the world revolves around them and we are all bit players in their stories.
In reality, they are a bit player in everyone else’s stories.
It’s sad that they choose division, exclusion and then gloat about it.
It’s just plain rotten.
Ehhhh I am not so sure that is the issue here. I really don’t care what people do with their money or gold. I got millions of gold myself and just roll it back into the economy and make more gold. I am literally that person that dumps craftables, mats, ect at the end of the week. Buy up all the cheap stuff mon-tuesday and roll again.
My problem is bringing real life into a video game that is supposed to be an escapist fantasy. I bet no one on either side even seen those paintings they changed until wowhead brought it up, but that is also a problem in itself.
Why is Blizzard taking our money and for some time put into making gold for game time and putting hourly paid bodies behind projects like this? If it is such a non issue to all the people okay with these changes why argue about it with other people? How come everyone that argues with the people that are not okay with this waste of time never have any decent points that are not disingenuous. Why are people on both sides using alts more often than not to argue for either side? Why do people think that the lawsuits and allegations are the majority contributor to wow players leaving and not the longest opening patch ever plus the most luke warm 9.1 patch to follow that mostly had more time wasters to get people to spend more time in the game so the company can go to shareholders and be like “hey look at all this game time people love our game. Can we have more money?”?
It is a sad state that wow has come to a point where the content is so mediocre that I care about them wasting time on this theatre show. The only people for these changes that are on these boards right now arguing with people that don’t like the changes are people just in it for the drama or the politics, because all the people who don’t care aren’t posting. I can’t blame em drama sure is addictive people love it. However let’s call these people what they are. Disingenuous.
They have no real control in their lives so these small “wins” bring them some sort of happiness.

Want them to listen to players to stop censorship is to unsubscribe. Blizzard is player deaf but let it be known they will not be wallet deaf.

And this is going to drive many players away, it already has …and it might drive me away too…seriously considering playing New World when it goes live end of this month…I am damn tried of all this mess now …take abilities away from my mounts cause someone cries they can’t fish and get the mount themselves…
Change mounts names cause it might offended less then .001% of population of the game…change out of way pictures I never even knew was in the game in first place all though I might of seen it before it just didn’t registered to me as nasty unlike some now.
If Blizzard is serious about removing sexually from this game then why don’t the step in and stop the ERP on Moonguard…I’ll tell you why…they don’t want to lose the 1,000’s of player base that does that mess now, that’s big money right there.
