Will blizz ever address the feldrake mount issue?

clearly alot of us have a bug where we are not getting our Feldrake from the twitch drop. blizz needs to address this now. We all have turned in tickets. Like for ther 90 billion you make a year you can address this problem

Was everything set up correctly? Dragon kite should’ve been a bit of a trial run for everybody to make sure stuff was working so they avoided missing out on a free mount that’s otherwise several million gold and is unlikely to be offered as a promotional reward again in the future.

Yes yes, everything was set up correctly. I know many people (including myself) who tuned in for the first 4 hours, received the notification, “claimed” the drop on Twitch, and got a check mark under their drake on Twitch and have yet to receive anything. I currently have a ticket in but this is ridiculous… Going on 4 days soon.

This is 100% on Blizz.

I still do not see the feldrake existing in my ingame collection. I was also one that did the stream the first day, claimed after 4 hours, and have not received the mount. The pets were added smoothly. Not sure why the mount is being a problem.

I went home at lunch day 2 and idled mine.
got mine. Wonder if it is a day 1 problem

Even if you armory me, it doesn’t show feldrake as an existing mount option (learned or not)

But those who have the feldrake, it shows up in their collection on the armory /shrug

Also having this issue. They resolve my ticket and did nothing.

Yeah I’ve put in tickets about this and they give the same answer, “It can take up to 48 hours for this to enter your account”? I received the Dragon Kite about 24 hours after claiming it?

Got mine after the first 4 hours.

Watch them give it to everyone lol

I got mine instantly when I claimed it on day 1. Mind you I exited out of the game and completely logged out of battle.net first (since the dragon kite didn’t show up for me until I fully logged out and back in) and it was waiting for me when I logged back in a minute later.

And on the 11th day, when all hope was lost, I logged into the game and beheld, a Feldrake was waiting to be unwrapped. My wish now is for all others to get theirs…

After reading the posts here I thought maybe the kite will show up, so I logged in and it’s there! Woohoo!
