This is a Level 32 Rare spawn bat in RFK that is Tamable. However interestingly it maintained CC immunity against nearly all types of CC.
Very useful/trolly pet for PvP, curious since this was a bit of a unintended bug that it had the CC immunity if with how things have been implemented thus far if that will be in as well.

This isnt a private server and thats a private server bug so I’m guessing no.
It was in vanilla but wasn’t well known. Considering they are using modern code and adding the bugs I don’t think this will get added because it was unintentional
