Will anything change with gem sockets in Chains?

I noticed that the Spatial Realignment Apparatus’s tool tip only says season 1 gear. Should I still be farming stygia?

S2 gem sockets will use a different currency.
Stygia has some value for catch-up gear or cosmetics, but whether that interests you enough to keep farming it, is up to you.

Thanks! Gem sockets is my only reason for farming stygia at the moment. I won’t have enough to get anything before end of season, so nice to know I won’t have to bother.

You can buy catch up gear for alts with stygia, if you have alts. Also I think you can send stygia to alts, although I don’t remember exactly.
