It would be really nice to use this as a healer for group support.
It puts a buff on their weapon for 10 seconds, so you could just go into cat form once every 10 seconds.
Fury of Stormrage is way more fun as a healer imo.
Spending 300 mana every 10 seconds for wild strikes is a good way to oom yourself. It’s more expensive than wild growth.
As a support healer you could do this as long as you stayed in cat form for long periods of time and only broke it to throw a wild growth out. You’d want to gear more for dps than healer for this though.

You seem to be asking for a caster, such as a healer, that could provide the multiattack feature to its party members.
Have you heard of the Shaman? It does exactly what you are asking for.

Shamans dropped Windfury totem once every 10 seconds for 2 years, you can do it too
The buff isn’t applied to the party’s weapons immediately upon going into cat form. When the druid goes cat form, you see the wild strikes container buff appear immediately, but it can take up to 5 seconds for your weapon to actually get the 10 second duration wild strikes imbue. It is reapplied to your weapon every 5 seconds. You can see the duration tick down to 5, and then blip back up to 10 over and over again.
So the idea of the resto druid going cat form once every 10 seconds probably wouldn’t work that well. They would potentially need to stay in cat form for 5 seconds out of every 10 to ensure the buff applies to the party’s weapons.

Okay, new plan. Omen of Clarity, go cat form to fish for procs, use Wild Growth on Omen proc while providing Windfury to the party.

This would work but you’re pretty much a feral druid who use wild growth every so often to help the other healer. Not as much a resto druid anymore
Tbf, right now resto druid is basically boomkin between wild growths.
