Reporting in the hopes a blizzard dev sees and fixes it.
If Wild Growth targets a full health player with 4 nearby full health Allies; all 5 players get Wild Growth.
If Wild Growth targets an injured player with 4 nearby injured Allie’s; all 5 players get Wild Growth.
Both of the above work as intended; HOWEVER:
If Wild Growth targets a full health player with 4 nearby Allies (1-4 of which are injured); only the nearby player(s) who are injured get Wild Growth; the full health target does not.
If Wild Growth targets an injured player with 4 nearby Allie’s that are full health; only the target gets Wild growth.
Separate to this issue, Wild Growth also treats pets like players; thereby causing the issues above to happen frequently during dungeons and raids; preventing pre-hotting.
Lastly, Wild Growth seems to prioritize by closest nearby the target; meaning if pets are closest to the target, then pets are being prioritized above players.
As a final note, this issue has a huge impact during raids as not only does it prevent players from being healed, but because they are not getting Wild growth on them or the resulting ticks, the players do not benefit from the restoration talent that makes rejuvenation/Wild growth price have a chance to restore resources… and because Wild Growth FREQUENTLY does not cast on the target itself, Resto Druids have to wait until they themselves are injured in order to benefit from Wild Growth mana regen ticks.
