Anybody else sad to see that such a core ability for feral and guardian especially is still a talent?
Agreed, funny how rogue still to this day has everything feral has and way more except in this case they get it for free.
I’m not entirely sure it’s necessarily a problem.
I think a lot of Guardian’s gave up Charge in favor of Vortex when it became a talent option for them and so its no wonder that Blizzard decided to move Vortex baseline given its popularity over Charge most likely.
That said, I’ve been constantly asking for one of them to be made baseline. I did not care for which they chose just so long as I didn’t have to sacrifice one for the other.
I think Renewal is a nice raid “oh crap” option that you can likely pair with Fur on Tier 1 while I think Charge will be the more M+ default choice. Tiger Dash is really not something I could see a Guardian taking in either content choice simply because of the rage and survival loss it imposes.
I think personally I’m more frustrated that Typhoon was removed and the only way that Guardian can get it is by taking Balance Affinity. A lot of whether that is going to be viable will depend on whether Guardian will need to continue to take Resto Affinity in Shadowlands.
you do realize that vortex isnt baseline for druids either. you need to take resto affinity to get it. really it should be baseline though
Wild charge baseline would be great. It feels so bad walking slowly into a pack with no charge
