My wife and I play together all the time, however she always lags out of the game at random intervals. Meanwhile, my computer’s connection is rock-solid so, I don’t know if it is the connection or a windows setting on her windows 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is impossible to arena with her like this.
I’d start with how they connect, assuming you are both on the same network and using similar connections, their wifi or nic card may be going out.
Hmmm, it is just the ethernet on the mobo. I do not have a slot available to do a dedicated ethernet card. I seem to remember fixing it once with a windows setting but that was a long time ago and I think it was reset during a Windows Update.
Edit: yes, same network, different computers and accounts. Only seems to happen when we are both playing WoW. If we are both streaming or gaming in other games, doesn’t affect either of us. I don’t know if that helps. Gigabyte+ Xfinity speeds, ect… pay for upgraded internet. Seems to be a WoW-specific issue. Which is, lame.
I am getting the same issue while my wife is perfectly fine. Only occurs when playing WoW. Other games do not have this issue. Which makes me think it’s WoW and not my PC.
