Does anyone know if this ability stacks if two Ferals have the debuff up on the same target or is it capped at 20%.
The same question could be asked for Ferocious Wounds is it capped at 10% on a single target?

capped at 20% it wont stack with any other mortal strike debuffs.

Ms doesn’t stack. Comps like jungle would be oppressively broken if hunter and feral could both ms. Same thing with war comps or anything of the sort.
I know ferocious wounds used to stack with other similar debuffs in bfa ssn4 not sure if it still works. Used to win some games by stacking it with my warlocks curse of fragility and trying to one shot ppl with bike drest flames and a bolt from him. Worked pretty good a few times but overall wasn’t worth. Might be op if it works now with the way damage is
