While I’m sure some of what Sabellian did was horrible long ago, so was Varok Saurfang with the killing of Draenei children, Lady Vash before SL, Varian when he enslaved Pandaren in the Jade Forest, Jaina when she killed Rastakhan who largely wanted to be uninvolved in the war, Rexxar when he helped kill Jaina’s father, Grom Hellscream under the demon blood, Bolvar Foredragon during Legion, and so on. All were people that had bad pasts but accomplished good. Sabellian has the experience, the lineage, the accomplishments, and the right to be aspect. Ebyssian even has more right the be aspect than Wrathion.
Wrathion’s actions led to Warlords of Draenor, which rippled into the final Legion invasion, and finally into the unheaval of Azeroth by Sargeras. Had he not released Garrosh we would avoided AU Draenor being created for which the eventual genocide/extinction of the Mag’har orcs would occur later, the final Legion invasion would not have occured, Silvannas would have not been able to contact the Jailer in Stormheim, the Fourth War wouldn’t have happened, AND for that matter SL expansion would have never happened. He is responsible for 4 EXPANSIONS worth of conflict because of his poorly thought out decisions. Fantasy wise, he’s responsible for millions of deaths even though indirectly.
Wrathion has a river of blood on his hands compared to Sabellian. I think it would be a poor mistake for them to seat a dragon as aspect with more deaths than Deathwing himself.

Wrathion is way hotter than Sabellian, and he’ll make a cute couple with Manduin. That in itself is a great reason to be aspect.

When I see this thread title, I’m imagining a little kid in 5th grade saying it in front of his class for his book report.

Thrall should be aspect. Dragons are not to be trusted and easily corrupted.
He gives off a creeper vibe actually
I’m coming around to Ebyssian being the better choice

Speaking of which he was the Earth Warder briefly
I mean, whole point of cata was about ending the age of dragon to start the age of mortals. And now we help dragons to get their superpowers back. Even for Nozdormu that is going to transform to Murozond
Well it meant it would happen regardless because Nozdormu is both bound and unbound by time
Why listen to a 6 year old kid what he says ?Half of wow races have hair on their head older than him, including characters that are bald.
That and he’s literally a child in dragon years.
He isn’t ready to be an aspect.
I’m having flashbacks of scarring public speaking attempts.

How old is Wrathion again?
He’s…done nothing. When he saw what his father was doing he ducked out to Outland first chance he got. He then spent about 15 years doing absolutely nothing but handing out quests to the five of us who actually leveled in Blades Edge Mountains. That is some insane consistency.
This is in contrast to Wrathion who’s first introduction to players involves killing all his competition for him. Then he makes you grind to make a dumb cloak in MOP. Then you get to go do WOD because of him. Then he shows up again in BfA for the absolute worst elements of that expansion.
Not going to say ‘never’ but for the short term the objectively correct decision is to pick Sabellian.

Even if you took part of what I said out of context, I 100% agree. Sabellian for Aspect.
No way… Seb is way hotter than Wrathion LOL
I like how half people who chose one of the sides made their decision based on lore and the other half was like “this guy’s hotter than the OTHER guy so I’ll go with him lol”
Also someone educate me, when did Varian Wrynn enslave Pandaren?

Well we all know Kalec is the hottest dragon, but Wrathion is 2nd.
MOP. It was part of the storyline.
