I have plenty of houses… in ESO. 4 of them were free! I love the freestyle placement of objects, something I dont see with WoW’s engine.

Buying a house is easy tbh just stop looking in big cities.
Which is exactly why my WoW house will be on a floating island in the twisting nether. 
2100 square foot house with private lake and beach access.
I added ten minutes to my commute and a whopping $50 to what was going to be my rent for a 2 bedroom apartment.

I don’t know wth is going on. I sold a house outside of SLC in 2013 for 200k and that house is now worth 400k.

I’m curious how housing should work in WoW especially with the meance of those other bots. 
Supply and demand. There aren’t enough houses for everyone.
When my wife and I were looking every house was a massive bidding war for everything we looked at.
We put an offer on a townhome that was asking 230k. We offered 250k and it sold for 290k

that’s so gross, anyone that pays that price has to be immediately underwater on their mortgage less they put down some serious cash…there is no way that fixed tangible asset appreciated by that much YoY…just no way…
Actually it’s the exact opposite. Families went from having an average of three to four kids to an average of one to two.
The problem is that once the baby boomers die we are going to be low population wise
