I disagree. I’ve read many a YA novel that were just as sophisticated in their story telling as novels geared towards adults. Yes, they may have lacked the amount of bloodshed and sexuality, but were still some damn fine stories to read. I think it’s wrong to assume that stories that can appeal to a younger crowd aren’t good stories. The current writers hinders the story telling, not the ratings.

i’ll be brutally honest the statue at the start in the town’s square REALLY freaked me out when i realized it could actually move… that’s some real blair witch type nightmare stuff right there.
well, there’s also severed pig heads (and those pigs are transformed humans) and humanoids with pig/bird heads stitched on bodies.
And blood everywhere. I honestly don’t know how WoW managing such low rating with amount of gore. Probably because there’s no nudity or swearing
