Why wont it let me skip fire season quest on alts to get to emerald dream 10.2

I thought you get a little green dragon quest item that skips you to 10.2

i know i dont see it anywhere im getting annoyed

So I just jumped on a new alt today, and though it doesn’t show up by the quest on the side like it use to, the little green dragon item is still placed in your bags that allowed me to skip it. Hope it’s there for you all in the future.
