… you know they didn’t just forge that sword then, it was a legendary sword that they repaired and reforged. It’s actually very in line with my point. Also, I said The Hobbit, not Lord of the Rings.

All I know is that PvE and its gambling, its loot dramas, its elixir/repair costs and blah blah blah, is all straight up cancerous, at least to someone like me. So, you can have an item worth 10-20% more stats if you are gonna go through that gambly garbage snorefest. I’ll be happy doing a static grind for a R14 weapon that at least allows me to beat people with optimal gear if I play right. As long as it’s not vastly inferior to PvE gear then I’m okay with it. Preferable if everything is equal but whatever.
Did they never add those back? As if there was a reason to take them out in the first place.

Never added it back. Grinded WSG rep for… bracers for 2 phases lol. Overall the PvP rewards have been very lack luster. HWL weapons are a miss. The set bonuses on the pvp set don’t compare at all with tier. It’s just stam. That’s all it’s good for.
Because “pvp” is not the main focus of the pve game! Glad we held off on the “pvp” gear and made no changes to it…all it does is encourage unhealthy gameplay. Ranking is always a mini game. Just get pve gear and enjoy it!!! Other versions of the game reward you with real “pvp” gear for when you step into the arena. One shotting someone in classic isnt “pvp” my friend. Every piece of PvP gear has been changed in SoD compared to Classic. You guys don’t do PvP so stay out of PvP dicussions plz.

Because they have zero plans to implement additional PVP content, so they had to drag out the rank 14 progression for as long as possible.
BIS bracers for two phases and an incredibly easy “grind.” You didn’t even have to enter a single BG for it. Just kill one boss a day.

PVP is the main focus of the game. That is literally what I play it for therefore it is the main focus…
See how that works? It is subjective. There is PVP and PVE gear in the game. There is Raids and there are Battlegrounds.
To say one is the main over the other is just an opinion. World of warcraft blew up in 2005 because the world was alive and we had world pvp going on everywhere. It was about the journey with your friends and the scuffles you got into along the way.
It most definitely was not raid logging.
