The argument isn’t raiderio and no screening. The arguement is asking people if they know how to do it. If they need anything explained. If people don’t answer you then wtf are you expecting? Thats not how you run a key successfully. You can give people pertinent information to the dungeon. “Druid i need you to interrupt the blood priests regen spell in UR” Now that guy knows to interrupt that specific mobs regen spell. It’s really not hard.
If you are comparing only screening via raiderio vs just taking whoever and being unwilling to make the run as successful as possible then ofc, RIO will win because it does give you some notion as to their skill level.
I’;ve always thought RIO only promotes this toxic atmosphere and exacerbates it. To a point where its not acceptable.
