Would love the dev(s) to explain the philosophy here, why is it so inconsistent? UH nerfed incredibly hard, but feral/BM more broken than UH DK was and the nerfs they get are a joke.
is it a different dev applying these nerfs? Or did they decide to take a light-handed approach going forward after UH DK? Why decide to do that now in a time where we arguably need it the most?

You can have all the damage you want, but your grips and slows would need a rework.
The DK’s in blitz can hold two healers hostage by gripping them 50 yards into deep water on very short cooldown.
dont care about that
just curious as to why some specs (most recently UH) get hit with a bat. not that care I really care about UH DK
Idk if I’d call a 20% nerf to your hardest hitting skill a slap on the wrist. Or a 11% overall healing reduction + 5% overall damage reduction during your go either. Those are both fairly substantial nerfs imho. That said, I wouldn’t mind seeing uh dks get some moderate dmg increases. I’m just not a fan of huge sweeping changes going into like multiple 20% changes, people don’t really realize changes like that can be much bigger than they seem, which is how you end up with completey busted classes, in both directions.
If I had to guess it’s because The amount of damage unholy can output in ideal CD burn situations was rather high, still is. (Ideal, if you include the pets getting cc, it’s abysmal) I’m hoping to eventually get a couple more melee classes leveled up and geared so I can parse, but from what I’ve been able to test It’s on par with Assa rogues. Prob Subtly rogue too, haven’t tested ideal CD burn on sub yet. What we lack is any kind of pressure outside of that. So for taming the Go they forsake the neutral game, seems like a band aid until they hopefully fix it.

the bm one maybe valid not sure, but the feral one is PURE cope to even put that anywhere near what dk got.
that healing pvp talent was mainly to abuse pet specs, if u dot 3 people it was only a 3% nerf.
and the 5% dmg reduction on incarn is as impactful as the first tier of ret nerfs were when they got reworked… absolutely negligable. if they proc badge trinket, that’s more significant than the “nerf” they got.
dk lost 15% to the primary stuff that was killing people in the go and out. the equivalent is like nerfing rake and bite by 15%
