Fortunately you can still talk to the Darkmoon Faire mages in Org when the Faire is up for a quick port.
I call it micro managing do nothings…
I suspect if a programmer has met all their goals and wants to remain employed to look busy the management demands they do something so the programmers do something useless…
We get used to way a system works and they change it for idiot reason. I blame the manager and not the programmer.
This is why it was changed.

The answer you are looking for is that Zuldazar is bugged atm and stuck in the incorrect phase. The phase it is in defaults to players appearing near the docks.

This is apparently a low priority bug as its been bugged for months now.

There is a blue post saying this. I dont have the link onhand and dont feel like looking for it either. But you can search there if you want official confirmation.
