Red flight had to get all the different flights’ eggs.
Green flight renewed oath with centaur.
Blue flight brought all blues together as a family.
Bronze had to do stuff with timelines and the infinites (I didn’t pay much attention to that quest text).
Black flight don’t even have an aspect yet, and as far as I can tell they haven’t renewed what ever oath Neltharion broke. They’re certainly not a family yet. They just put their stone back together and voila, stone lights up without any acknowledgement of their flight’s purpose.

The black dragons are rededicated to protecting Azeroth, which is kind of generic because that’s what all the dragons do. The other flights are just more specific about how they accomplish it.

Because they are the most powerful. They are the earth warders.
The other oath stones weren’t broken.
The aspects gave up their aspectral power in defeating deathwing (neltharion). Their stones only “turned off”.
The black other stone broke because neltharian broke his oath.

Yeah I get that. But the other flights had to do something intrinsic to their flight to activate the stones. The black flight just made a new stone and it turned on without any resolution to their flight’s circumstances or purpose?
Cuz I’m not entirely sure the new oathstone is aware of how complicated the black dragonflight got.
I can’t imagine Order magic being all that great at that stuff
Because none of nelths heirs are corrupted. They are seeking to remake their flight. To be earth warders. And one of them, ebyssian, has always been a protector, has always been uncorrupted, has always been worthy.

Are the Oathstones even important? Supposedly they are how the Aspects will get their powers back, but have we even seen that yet? Just the Sigils all over again, random plot devices added to make the story seem compelling

The storyline stops at needing the disc that is stolen from Uldaman. Since that’s just now a “current” dungeon, I expect we’ll learn more soon
Hopefully we’ll find out more about that if/when we engage with the infinite flight story arc.
I’m hoping we find out more about the mother oathstone too. It’s possible the discs are connected to this. The story just stopped there before Razageth’s defeat and it’s like we’ve just forgotten about it while we explore some caves.
To be fair none have been subject to the dark influences for as long as Neltharion was either. Who’s to say they wouldn’t fall to the same fate?
None of the other flights were corrupted either and they still had to do more than just touch the stone.
The black flight is without an aspect and not yet remade (although I feel this might happen at the conclusion of 10.2). They also haven’t made any kind of oath to reaffirm their purpose. If the original oathstone broke when Neltharion broke his oath, then surely the new stone would require a new oath?

Because Wrathion is the one who did it and somebody at Blizzard HQ thinks he is hot. Voila! He can do whatever. It’s basically the same as what we went through with sylvanas
Neltharian never gave up his aspectral power.
The other aspects gave up their power to defeat neltharian.
Neltharian broke his oath as the earth warder and his stone shattered.
Different circumstances. Just like none of the other flights oath stones were shattered.
