I don’t think replacing the word would work much. They’d have to rework the whole sentence or add another just to convey the same message.
How upset do you have to be to carry this issue on three days after it happened? The amount of energy all of you are putting into letting Blizzard know how awful this decision is could be better spent making yourselves happy over something that matters.
It’s just a word.
If it doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter both way. You can’t say it doesn’t matter at the end and say it was justified to remove it.

it’s not just a word. This one change shows blizz attitude towards their game and the history. If they can change this 10 years old moment then they can change anything.
Nothing matters, no reason to even read dialogues or pay attention to story, cause it’s just can be changed 10 years later like it’s never happened. And it was all just a dream.

The only reason why this is even a conversation is because nobody wants to let it go.
If Blizzard had removed it and nobody threw a fit about it, we wouldn’t need to have a discussion on why it was justified.
And I don’t even think justifying it has anything to do with it for me, anyways. If Blizzard felt uncomfortable with it, that’s reason enough for me to be okay with it being removed. But instead, we have people crying about the literal decline of civilization and art because of it.
I mean…
Come on. This is honestly some of the most melodramatic outrage I’ve seen come from this game.

I think witch would work. Though, it’d be odd if they left that one line/word unvoiced and I can’t see them bringing his VA back in for one line in an 11-year old quest.
“Baby, or Babe”, I can’t think of a more condescending way to address a women then something like this.
and it has nothing to do with Garrosh in that moment. He’s enraged and disgusted beause of necromancy, not because sylvanas is a girl.

I don’t even know what “type of people” you’re referring to, but if you mean the type of person that has no reaction to something being removed because I understand that my enjoyment from this game doesn’t come from arbitrary dialogue, then sure.
I am that “type of people”.
Unless your enjoyment has been hindered from the removal of a word (and if it has, then you have other problems you should probably work out), then I don’t know why the need to make it sound as though a tragedy has struck you and the game.

It’d be weaker but it’d be difficult to replace it and still sound like something Garrosh would say without sounding weaker or completely redoing it. His shtick was blunt anger, not cunning barbs.
Indeed. It will weaken it in anyway. But yes basicly they need to find something to show anger and imo annoyance and probably try to keep it concise. I’m not a writer so I don’t think I can go further xd
