I just saw a greyed out rare on dragonflight isle…
Only 6 people were attacking him, why was he greyed out for me?
With my lvl 70 main, Warmode OFF
Because you’re only Level 10.

Which rare was it?
From what I gather of the wowhead comments, the rare is apparently bugged and capped at 5 targets.
