I noticed most fury warriors choose the ring slot for Signet of Tormented Kings. Is there a specific reason for that?
It takes away from the equation of having to get a second bis ring. As bracers are easier to come across than having 2 rings. So now the focus is only 1 additional bis ring instead of 2.
Also stat value is pretty solid for ring based on ilvl. You get a huge chunk of two secondary stats of your choosing.
Rings and bracers have the same stat budget, but rings spend it all on secondary stats instead of strength. That means being able to pick your secondary stats via missives is more valuable, especially since you otherwise have to find two rings with good secondary stats.
