No. My last obssession has been to validate some of Fallynn´s suggestions on the phoenix theme, and i bet we won´t be able to deploy a mockup before they come in here arguing that phoenixes are their theme too.
I mean, Alleria is basically a boring basic blank slate perfect pure blonde haired blue eyed elven waifu for the boring vanilla generic male human paladin protagonist. She doesn’t really have any depth or personality.
She’s fought in a war for a thousand years but doesn’t have a single scar on her perfect waifu body.
Despite being surrounded by light for a thousand years she doesn’t show gold eyes when Thalassian Elves are basically the Eevees of Warcraft and mutate based on whatever magic they last rolled in. This means she’s not following the rules of the race. She’s also been surrounded by fel for a very long time so I can also see her eyes turning green. Maybe the two cancelled each other out though light and fel are not exactly opposites on the cosmology chart.
Then, she ate a void God. A literal entire dark naaru. All of it. She faced no meaningful consequences for it at all. She basically can’t touch her paladin husbando to be a good waifu, like that is somehow a really big meaningful thing, it’s not. Oh, and sometimes she turns purple but she’s so unique and special that she can control that godly power.
I just want to remind you most of them seem to dislike you even though you seem to agree with them which is kind ironic but fair enough, I guess we see it differently in the case of them twisting stuff and wanting stuff they shouldn’t be get because it’s ours and I feel they have already taken more than enough from Blood Elves so.
For me on principle VEs should not receive more options that should be Blood Elf exclusives.
And Blood Elves should get a second visual theme to account for the loss of visual uniqueness that was lost giving Void Elves their additional non void visuals.
This is very subjective what one likes or not, however the styles should have been shared with the Blood Elves.
It’s still not their turn to get something, ironically. They will get more Void Elf customization later on, either hand in hand with the Blood Elf options or during the current customization cycle (AR updates). There is not much room left anymore to take guesses.
These elf discussion are infamous around all the WoW discussions places, there developers are very aware of the talks here.
You have been a while away but the Void Elves have already three flavors compared to the four the Blood Elves have. I think you’re pretty much aware of the Blood Elf ones, I count High Elf/semi corrupted/purely corrupted as their own styles.
How do you figure they already haven’t? First they got eyes and skintones then soon hair colors, ear sizes, etc. so really how is it you and other people think they haven’t gotten the stuff they are going to already? Actually lets further that point to that who’s to say Blizzard will give them anything further void based when all of you complained and complained until you got normal customizations?
I´m a female. And yes, I have several individuals from that fanbase on ignore cause frankly, their “arguments” are terrible and I lack the patience to deal with those, period.

Believe me, if you had behaved in such ways I´d had put you on ignore ages ago like I did with the aforementioned trolls. Feel free to ask for Alleria stuff, not my cup of tea and much less my problem. I´m NOT the one telling people they can´t ask for haircuts et al for their Velves, quite the contrary.

Entirely true. Though above I was referring to the available classes for an AR and my own personal view/what I’d make or not. Not on what people choose to rp themselves.
Rp is Rp and whatever your character is in that is 100% fine.

And honestly I think about it a lot too.
Void Elves for instance have tents and a few rocks to live on. Blizzard probably wont revist their lore or home for a very long time. They’re stuck because of Blizzards inability/time constraints that they have to work on any of those things.
As much as I would love to see more stories and more races and more AR, this will always be a thorn in their sides.
I still have hope that most of it is due to missmanagement of time and money on Blizzard Activisions part and that perhaps they’ll begin to shift more towards the Role Playing part of MMORPG again.
But yeah. Deep down we all, I think, at least feel what you say may be the case.
I don’t blame anyone whichever side they’re on really from just being sick of it all at this point.

I want to be clear I don’t think when someone is wrong about lore you shouldn’t correct them or talk to them about it.

It all goes in how and which stuff you ask for. The warpaint ala Alleria? Fine by me, go wild while at it. The scarifications on the TBC artbox? Not so fine by me, why do you need iconic BELF visual stuff when you have available both Helf and Velf assets, again?
Someone counted the customization options on both sides. They will be even with the upcoming patch. And as I have told you a few days ago, the Void Elves still can’t purchase their heritage weapons as the Nightborne can now, in another words, they will come with a future Void Elf update.
I don’t understand the question. The Void Elves haven’t gotten an update yet. They only got these emergency break the glass updates which Blizzard withholds when the subscribers are dwindling. Arguably they pushed these options in due various factors but I only go into detail if requested because I would repeat myself and this will enjoy nobody here.
RP doesn’t mean it’s a secondary token to dismiss the genuine option, it’s one of the available options in general.
You keep mentioning both of these like they actually matter for the one it’s literally weapons that are going on a badge vendor which happens with all timewalking vendors and for the other you have no proof it’s just an assumption you and others are pushing to try and paint Blizzard in a negative light.
