Why the lack of Customization?

if you’re so concerned about people complaining about things they don’t do, why don’t you talk at all the alliance players who aren’t doing the content but complaining that the alliance is behind in the content they aren’t doing?

That seems like a far more prevalent thing that’s far easier to come across than commenting on Naughtymoons point in the customization thread
