I get it Blizz, you wanted to timegate this belt upgrade behind a measly 3 ilvl EACH WEEK. But this week’s quest “Gathering an Upgrade” that requires you to collect 4x “Faulty Titan Directives” doesn’t have a 100% drop rate, heck it’s not even 50%.
Please STOP with this nonsense already. It’s more than annoying and frustrating to add RNG to already timegated minor upgrades on the belt.
The Westfall Stew quest reqiued 8 Murloc eyes. You have not lived until you have killed every Murloc along the coastline four times just to get eight eyeballs. I’m surprised I was attacked so much since all of them appeared to be missing their eyes. 
Did you get it done within that one delve? I did.

Bro, aren’t you running at least 3 11s every week for the crests? Everything doesn’t need to drop in one run, calm down and just play the game.
They seem to all drop in one for me when I do them solo. Grouped with my SO, we both come up short and need to complete 2 delves to finish. We also figured out we could just run back in the first delve and get it off trash.

I’ve needed to do a second run (or part of a run) about a third of the time so far.
If I have enough time this week, I’ll be doing another delve on most of them anyway, but it does break the flow a bit when I’m laser-focused on just completing the unpgrade quest on a quota of alts each day. I do have other things on my todo list.
But it’s a nice belt. If at some point I do burn out on the upgrade runs on alts, it will still be a nice belt for them as-is.
Got it in 1 run, you sure you killed and looted everything? I know Brann can get in the way of the shinies often.
I just did my first Delve of the week and got all four.
Wasn’t 100% but I got all 4 in one delve
