Wasn’t it stated somewhere that she was stabbed through the chest or something? I vaguely recall reading that somewhere and something about the wound starting to fester. Don’t recall in what capacity this was though.
Was talking about maiev, they at least gave Sylvanas the scar on her eye in the shadowlands cinematic
The Nathnos you see in game, that inst his original body. Sylvanas basically got him a renewed body to make him stronger. Its the body of one of his relatives.
Fun little fact nathanos was the first and only human ranger lord of quel’thalas.

They didn’t bother to model it.
Sylvanas was considered the most beautiful of her sisters, the most talented, and the youngest Ranger General ever. Her levels of vanity, in spite of being a pretty kind soul before dying, were and are probably through the roof.
If they said that she had her mages use illusions and spells to cover up her scar and continue to look as flawless as an undead elf can, I’d 100% buy it.
