I think I’ve done three or four queue sessions in 3s so far this season. It’s taken a lot longer to get groups for regular 3s than a solo shuffle queue. And that’s with me playing with pretty much anyone that completes a viable comp. No vetting or anything.
You haven’t queued that many 3s games this season. It’s wild how the people who say that getting groups is so easy, while having hardly any games played.
And I raise to you a simple concept;
Play with friends.

None of my friends play any more. I don’t want to make new internet friends. I want to play the game for 45 minutes when I have 45 minutes to play the game.

Unfortunately the reality is that most people will sit and spam 18+ hours a day of soloq, averaging 4k games a season of soloq, be hardstuck 21 the whole season and dogpile on everyone else saying soloq is better than 3s, then wonder why they get flamed. Those are the people that need to touch grass and have friends. Those are the people we don’t like.
Having a job & life is fine, if you’re chilling and playing its fine. But when someone is no lifing a brain dead bracket and going off on others, it’s not chill.

Why give up after casually getting like 2500 3s on your first season

You’re not being very consistent here. Which one is it? Or are you finding reasons to hate shuffle and the people who queue it?
So have you found any partners while working on your 8th legend of the season
And my point in this conversation isn’t that there is one superior way to play the game. A lot of you guys are just like super obviously mad that people can get 3s achievements from RSS. There are genuine reasons why RSS is a fun game mode that people are happy to play. A lot of people wouldn’t really be playing at all any more without it.

Almost all of my first matches of the day have been less than 10 minutes. I don’t know if that is coincidence or if there is some kind of algorithmic buffer to your first queue of the day. I’ve only had one that I can remember over 20 minutes.

Please don’t be delusional, shuffle is for losers like me who has either mental or physical disabilities. It is a mode to get cosmetic rewards easier. We got no connection nor friends and we don’t bother to find em. It is the dungeon finder equivalent for PvP. Let the sweats play 3s and let us have our fun in shuffle, don’t compare the two and know your place man.
