Why should a Ret pally be able to do 100,000 damage in 2 buttons?

It’s so broken why is it flying under the radar still. Kyrian Ret pally can press 2 buttons and do 50k +50k. 100,000 damage in the span of a single global. Why is this in the game? None of this burst belongs in any serious pvp game. This should have been hotfixed, the only explanation is that blizzard wants this in the game. It isnt fun to be killed in this manner. There is no skill involved.
